The Role

We’re seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team in a part-time, entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and thrives in a people-centered environment.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact during your shift—supporting guests, coordinating daily operations, and helping ensure a safe and comfortable stay for families in need.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and support guests, visitors, and volunteers
• Create a safe, respectful, and mission-driven environment
• Respond to guest needs with empathy and efficiency
• Enforce house policies and support daily operations
• Communicate with staff, volunteers, and hospital partners
• Use internal systems (database, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office)
• Maintain clean, organized shared spaces (light housekeeping)
• Assist with volunteer coordination and tours
• Complete shift reports and documentation

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 18+ years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Sound judgment and professionalism
• A heart for service and working with diverse populations

Compensation & Schedule

• $23 per hour
• Part-time, scheduled shifts (approx. 12 hours biweekly)
• Some holidays required based on schedule
• Please note: this position is not eligible for benefits at this time
