Consider adding a charitable gift to your existing will through a simple amendment. You may include a gift of a specific dollar amount or a percentage of what is left after other distributions have been made.

Resources

By designating Hospitality House as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy or transferring its ownership, you may unlock potential tax benefits.

Resources

Make a sizable gift of cash, securities, or other assets through a Charitable Gift Annuity. This contract will provide you with a fixed income stream from Hospitality House for life. You will also become eligible for partial tax deductions for the contribution.

Resources

Certified 501(c)3 non-profits do not pay income tax on retirement plan distributions. By designating Hospitality House as a beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other retirement assets, you can avoid double taxation.

Resources

If you are 70 ½ years of age or older, you could support Hospitality House through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). This direct transfer from your IRA custodian excludes the amount donated from taxable income, which may reduce the impact to some tax credits and deductions.

Resources

I want donors to know that their contribution makes a difference. This is the only safe, affordable option available to adults in the area. Hospitality House allowed me to focus on my treatment and recovery.”
